Harbor Town takes Chuck E. Cheese

On August 16, a lot of Jackson's friends and a good bit of the 38103 took the Southaven Chuck E. Cheese by storm to celebrate Jackson's 2nd birthday. From Skeeball to Whack-A-Mole, and a giant singing mouse, a great time was had by all!! The boys immediately took over the Skeeball (small children beware). It turned into a 2 hour long competition, which netted Jackson, and various other children, more prize tickets than we could count. I think the actual winner is still up for debate :-). The Dress family would like to thank everyone who came and helped celebrate, it made Jackson's day extra special. Here are a few pictures...

Keith's Chimichurri Sauce

1 cup of packed parsley leaves (the leaves from about half a bunch of parsley)
5 medium garlic cloves
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (I use more)
1 tsp table salt
2 tbsp water

Throw parsley and garlic in food processor and chop fine. Put in bowl and whisk in everything else.
