Keith's Chimichurri Sauce

1 cup of packed parsley leaves (the leaves from about half a bunch of parsley)
5 medium garlic cloves
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (I use more)
1 tsp table salt
2 tbsp water

Throw parsley and garlic in food processor and chop fine. Put in bowl and whisk in everything else.

The 38103 family is down by 2 - Jacque and Brian bid a final farewell to The Island this weekend and made their big move to St. Louis. We were all sad to see them go, but it was a great excuse to have a party :-). We did a little pre-partyin' at the Mayor's, then moved the party to the rooftop at Currents where we watched the sunset, shared stories, and enjoyed cocktails, and finally ended the night at Movie & Pizza. It was great way to send off two of our favorites. We'll miss you Brian and Jacque!!!

NKOTB concert

On July 2, a few of us Island girls decided to relive our youth and go see our favorite boy band, New Kids on the Block. We arrived at Mud Island Amphitheater via golf cart and proceeded to rock out with Jordan, Joey, Donnie, Jon and Danny. They played all the good ones like Step by Step, Hangin' Tough, and The Right Stuff. To make the experience even more memorable, we made shirts proclaiming our love (and baby daddies) to our fav New Kid. Here are a few pics...
